Subject: How to test network from endpoint to IPO in the cloud

Hi

I would like to know if there is a way using IPO in the cloud to build a network testing tool to run from a PC not in the cloud to reach the IPO and get when network drops or when the IPO drops. I would like to know what is the best way to accomplish this, The only thing I can do at the moment is connect to port 5060 using tcp but I can not check network stats or anything else besides the socket. So is there a better way to accomplish this it would be much appreciated
