Hi,

Is there a way to play dynamic text message without using TTS server or save the converted text to an audio on another location (ex. VAL board or Avaya Media server). And play announcement from that location?

Can we use Text-to-Speech API with Experience Portal 7.0.2?

EP depends on external TTS server to turn text into audio. It doesn't offer API to do that. The question is do you need to send back audio to the caller?

yes, we need to send back audio to caller. The message needs to be played to caller. Is it possible to save the TTS audio in a location and playback to caller at a later time?

There is no such feature on EP with the way it interacts with the TTS server now. I suggest you look into Amazon AWS and Google Speech services with which you can interface from app to get audio back by sending text.

Does it mean, when EP plays the TTS message it does not store it in a temporary folder? Like when we use the recording node, it save the audio file in the temp file of the speech application

Yes, it's different from Record.
