Hello everyone
I recently developed my first Callintercept Snapin. With application sequencing the programm gets invoked on outbound calls. On inbound calls the programm is not invoked. I have a SIP phone.

From the trace-files it seems the inbound call is routed through Session Manager:

Record-Route: <sip:acm ip:port;transport=tls;lr>

When I create an implicit userprofile and "deactivate" explicit application sequence, the service is not invoked at all - inbound or outbound.

We are using Breeze 3.4, SDK 3.4, System Manager 7.1

I believe he is asking about how to create an application sequence in SMGR so that his application is invoked for both inbound and outbound calls. I can not tell enough from his call flow if his SIP phone is an endpoint (destination for the call) or what he is using to originate calls. He also doesn't say if the SIP phone is registered to SM or not.

Can you please elaborate on your configuration so that we understand the call flow please.
