Hi

I have question that CCXML Hold session of Agent and let Customer route to VXMLApp in scenario below:-

Caller ==> IVR ==> Queue to Skill Agent xxxx
And Agent xxxx outbound call to IVR CCXML and join conference caller
Before CCXML call inbound VXML App , CCXML Hold Agent XXXX first.

Please advice and sample CCXML App

There are already ccxml sample apps which invoke vxml dialogs and create conference calls such as CallingCardCC, CallingCardDialog, FindADoctorCC and FindADoctorDialog. Have you looked at those?

I already look these app, but it have no any node that hold call.

Why is there a need for call holding? I mean when the vxml is being launched, the hold is automatic.

Hi

CCXML will hold Agent call first and let caller to inbound App for verify TIN and when completed it will return back to ccxml and unold agent.

it seem like call masking, but customer don't need agent join conference during caller input DTMF TIN.

Please advice solution.

There is no hold command in CCXML. I am really not sure how is done in real life in this scenario.

But Does it have any solution for call masking?
I test on sample call mask app, it still hearing DTMF tone.
