Hello JS CSDK Team
we are using the method call.getUserToUserInfo().getUCID() within the JS CSDK to get the UCID of a call.
Working fine in our lab.

For some reason this entry is empty within a given customer installation.
Can you please give us some information how this can be enabled?

AVAYA partner who is maintaining the system has no idea.
