More specific examples would be between application and AES, AES and CM, CM and telephony network, issues with a call that was placed? What network are you referring to.

The reason I asked what you were interested in is that JTAPI can not provide information on all of those scenarios, most are out of scope for the API. So can you be specific about what you are interested in please.
