Is it way how to retrieve API data from IVR while call landing to IVR as its provider API. Can this be from CM ?

I can not follow your question. what kind of "API data" are you trying to access. Typically the IVR application would utilize the tooling within OD to get is job done. Are you impagining that certain data from teh call get pushed out to some application (yes that can be done). If the call originated from CM, then AES APIs can get call events and meta data that CM knows, but not information that EP may be getting from the actual caller via IVR prompts.
