Requesting to kindly provide details for the ACDs Metrics Status.

In Avaya Dynamic Routing Administration Portal under
(Home > ACDs) I want to get the details for the Metrics Status.
The requirement is to mail details for the ACDs Name if reaches 100% Stale.

In Avaya Dynamic Routing REST API - Swagger
I found the getAcds API - GET /dr/adminapi/v5/acds
which don't have "Metrics Status" property in response, which can be used further.

I have also attached the snip with the request for better understanding.

Your question does not relate to Orchistration Designer which is the focus of this forum.
It would appear you are working with Business Rules Engine product. DevConnect does not provide support for BRE APIs and the related managment console. You will need to work with your Avaya Sales team to locate support resources for the product to find an answer to your question.
