environment

cs1k rel 7.5, aacc 6.3 via aml , aaep

scenario - 1 (xfer aaep -> aacc )

aaep - landing pad transfer - aacc agent (receives data correctly, only cad, string data. key/value & uui not supported)

scenario - 2 (xfer back aacc -> aaep)

how can I transfer the call back to ivr with data? tried cct uui, cad and key/value but can't retrieve anything on ivr side.

Are you able to determine where the UUI data is getting lost? Is it leaving AACC and AAEP is not receiving it, or is it arriving at AAEP and the app is not getting it?

i can set the hex uui from Avaya soa reference client application. this is getting attached to the aacc contact(current call)

after i transfer back the call to ivr I can't retrieve the contact data, it is not reaching aaep

is there any automatic conversion happening from aacc contact uui to aaep uui?

is it possible to get the aacc contact reference from aaep?


again, link between cs1k - aacc is aml not sip

You should bring this issue to AACC support. They could better diagnose why it isn't getting passed.
