To Our Entire DevConnect Community:
The DevConnect team remains committed to supporting our ecosystem as each member adjusts to new business realities and demands in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Whether that encompasses modifying or adapting existing applications or creating entirely new solutions to address previously unconsidered opportunities or requirements,we are glad that Avaya technology and capabilities can help you succeed.
We, like many of our customers and partners, find ourselves operating and conducting business in new ways, taking similar steps to reduce the spread and impact of this pandemic. For many companies, the impacts of today’s situation go beyond simply moving to social distancing and work-from-home arrangements. We must consider the individual health and well-being of our employees, contractors, suppliers, partners and customers, as well as our families and the communities we live and work in.
While we are continuing to provide all program services, including up-to-date product API and SDK materials, plus technical support, compliance testing, lab system procurement, and co-marketing benefits for our Technology Partners and Support-enabled members, we are doing so with certain limitations. Access to our own lab facilities and testbeds is limited, with no direct physical access in most locations, while our product experts work from home under alternate work schedules.
As a result, there may be times when certain requests, such as response and investigation to specific technical issues or scheduling of certain types of compliance tests, may require additional time beyond our target objectives. We ask and thank you for your consideration and patience as we strive to support the needs of all our members at this time.
