Avaya Analytics Release 4.0 using Avaya CSP

Avaya Analytics Release 4.0 using Avaya Common Services Platform (CSP) was made generally available in December 2019. This is NOT the latest release of Avaya Analytics. The latest release is recommended for new development.

New in Release 4.0

This is the first release of Avaya Analytics using Avaya Common Services Platform. Avaya Analytics 4.0 is a microservices based reporting solution that takes events from the Avaya Oceana Solution and allows customers to create a suite of real time and historical reports for their Avaya Oceana contact center activities. The microservices-based architecture facilitates improved high availability operation. Avaya Analytics 4.0 supports an equivalent list of Historical and Real Time reports and measures as Avaya Analytics 3.7. It does not yet support Moving Windows for real-time dashboards.
