Avaya Analytics

Avaya Analytics Release 4.1 using Avaya CSP

Avaya Analytics Release 4.1 using Avaya Common Services Platform (CSP) was made generally available in October 2020; Service Pack 1 (Release 4.1.0.1) was issued in December 2020; Feature Pack 1 (Release 4.1.1) was issued in April 2021. This is the latest release, and is recommended for new development.

New in Release 4.1.1

Avaya Analytics 4.1.1 introduced the following new and enhanced features:

  • Introduced Avaya Analytics WebSocket Real Time Open Interface
  • Approval and reject outgoing emails reporting for both real time and historical data
  • Added historical reporting for routing service groups and historical call profile reports
  • User password change
  • Enhancements to Avaya Analytics CSV File for WFO Integration
  • Enhancements to Full Database Backup
  • Analytics Disaster Recovery (DR) Monitoring Tool
  • EASG-Based Authentication of Web Administrative Interfaces for historical data
  • Support for upscaling Avaya Analytics
  • Improvements to the Avaya Analytics deployment Excel spreadsheet
  • Support for Cylance Antivirus and malware scanning
  • Support for VMware ESXi 7.0, VMware vMotion during maintenance windows, Common Services 1.2, and MicroStrategy 2020 Update 4

Important Note: The Real-time Open Interface API using Kafka is now deprecated and new customers should use the Avaya Analytics REST & WebSocket Open Interface. The last update to the Real-time Open Interface API was release 4.1, which is compatible with Avaya Analytics release 4.1.1.
