Important Note: DEM has been notified End of Sale. Technical Support will end on 31st December 2017.

Avaya customers implementing DEM-based solutions are strongly encouraged to upgrade to an enhanced-level DevConnect membership which entitles them to receive technical support when creating and deploying DEM solutions. DevConnect Technology Partners and other enhanced-level members must request that DevConnect register a DEM solution on their behalf in order to receive Technical Support.

DevConnect Technology Partners and enhanced-level Registered Members are entitled to a contracted number of technical support hours as part of their membership benefits and can purchase additional hours via the Procurement option.

Use the Technical Support request option to request application development support.
