Avaya Aura Communication Manager Release 10.1.3 was made generally available in May 2023 as part of Avaya Aura Platform Release 10.1.3. This is the latest release of Communication Manager and is recommended for new development.

Communication Manager 10.1.3 includes the following new and enhanced capabilities:

  • Additional support to install Security Service Pack (SSP)
  • Support for Enterprise Mobility eXperience (EMX) sim-ring extensions

Call Detail Recording

Beginning in Release 8.1.2, TLS Encryption has been added for the Communication Manager SAT interface, enabling encryption of CDR data for primary and secondary CDR devices using the TLS protocol. See Chapter 53 for detailed information about the Call Detail Recording interface:
