Release 7.1.3

Avaya Aura Communication Manager Release 7.1.3 was made generally available in May 2018 as part of Avaya Aura Platform Release 7.1.3. This is NOT the latest Communication Manager release; the latest release is recommended for new development.

Important The following end of sale and end of support dates have been announced:
  • End of sale: October 14, 2019
  • End of support: December 14, 2020
Additional information about the end of sale and end of support dates can be found here. For all new development, Avaya recommends that developers use the latest Communication Manager release.

New in Release 7.1.3

Communication Manager 7.1.3 includes the following new and enhanced capabilities:

  • Web Browser support for Mozilla Firefox browser: version 45.0 and later, Windows Internet Explorer 11.
  • Communication Manager Release 7.1.1 is now compliant with the security requirements stated in Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).
  • Supports network preemption with Communication Manager configured to use Session Manager as bandwidth manager.
  • Communication Manager Release 7.1.2 does NOT support Telnet.
