About the Sample Application

The Contact Center Manager Administration (CCMA) Open Interface incorporates SOAP- and REST-based web service interfaces that allow external client applications to add agents and supervisors with basic characteristics, and to retrieve certain details about existing agents, supervisors and skillsets.

The CCMA Service Web Client sample application demonstrates how to implement a client for the CCMA Open Interface and the functionality provided by the interface. The application is written in Java and uses open source libraries. It has a GUI (Swing), and implements both the SOAP and REST interfaces available at the service provider side.
