This flexible application uses the Web services-based Open Interfaces supported by all modes of Avaya Aura Contact Center, including both SIP and AML. The sample application demonstrates how to transfer customer data from Avaya Experience Portal to Avaya Aura Contact Center using the AACC Web services.
