AACC and CCS Release 7.1

The Enterprise Web Chat (EWC) SDK was updated and reissued to add support for Avaya Contact Center Select.

AACC Release 7.0 and 7.0.1

Enterprise Web Chat (EWC) was originally introduced in the 7.0 release; the SDK was updated and reissued with Feature Pack 1 (Release 7.0.1) to add support for EWC on Avaya Agent Desktop. The 7.0 and 7.0.1 versions of the EWC SDK are available for download under the Downloads tab.
