All DevConnect members are entitled to free Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for the following Avaya Aura Contact Center APIs:
- All Open Interfaces (SOA Web services)
- All CCT APIs
- CCMM Web Communications Web services
- Enterprise Web Chat APIs
For the above APIs, DevConnect Technology Partners and enhanced level Registered Members with an approved solution are entitled to Tier 3 and Tier 4 support hours as part of their membership benefits and can purchase additional support hours via the Procurement option.
