CTI Connector
About The Sample Application
The CTI Connector, or "CTIapp", application demonstrates the functionality exposed by the different CTI items available in the Avaya Aura® Orchestration Designer Self Service module (formerly known as Avaya Dialog Designer). The documentation describes how to configure the AE Services Connector (formerly known as the CTI Connector), how to set up a CTI-link on Avaya Aura Communication Manager, and how to configure a TSAPI link on an Avaya Aura Application Enablement Services (AE Services) server.
Note: The sample application documentation was updated in January 2012 (issue 1.3) to indicate compatibility with Avaya Aura Orchestration Designer Release 6.0 and Avaya Aura Experience Portal Release 6.0.
