The ICconnectorapp sample application demonstrates the functionality exposed by the different Avaya Interaction Center (IC) items available in Avaya Orchestration Designer. The documentation describes the call-flow, functionality and implementation of the ICconnectorapp application. The process of setting up an IC connector on the Orchestration Designer system and configuring different components on the Avaya Interaction Center server are discussed.

In particular, ICconnectorapp demonstrates the following:

• Using the built-in IC connector.
• Connecting to VOX, TS, Workflow and EDU server processes on Avaya Interaction Center.
• Call-flow using the functionality exposed by Avaya Interaction Center items in Orchestration Designer.

Note: The sample application documentation was updated in April 2012 (issue 1.3) to indicate compatibility with Avaya Orchestration Designer Release 6.0 and Avaya Aura Experience Portal Release 6.0.

This sample application was originally developed and tested to run on the following Avaya platform:

• Avaya Voice Portal Release 5.0 or higher
• Avaya Dialog Designer Release 5.0 or higher
• Interactive Response Release 4.0 or higher

The sample application has subsequently been tested and validated on the following Avaya platform:

• Avaya Experience Portal 6.0
• Avaya Orchestration Designer Release 6.0
• Interactive Response Release 4.0
