Speech and Call Control Application Development
Sample applications:
The software download includes over 20 sample applications that demonstrate the many features of
Orchestration Designer. Release 6.0 includes one new sample application:
- The Call MPS Application demonstrates interoperability between Orchestration Designer
applications and Media Processing Server Developer applications.
Developer usability and productivity:
- Support for compound conditionals in the Call Flow and Prompt Editors
- Date and Time based routing in the Call Flow Editor
Simulation MRCP support:
- Customers can use the simulator in conjunction with Nuance and Loquendo's TTS and ASR
End-user Customer Requests:
- Improved efficiency of subdialog/modules
- Specifying prompts and grammars by a variable
- Applications shall support deploy/undeploy without requiring server restart
- IPv6 support
Media Processing Server (MPS) interoperability:
- Palette item added for calling MPS developer applications
- New sample application demonstrates calling an MPS Developer application
- Orchestration Designer applications can be launched by an MPS developer application
- Support for MMF audio files
- CTI connector renamed AE Services connector
