Release 1.0

Avaya message Recording Snap-in Release 1.0 was made generally available in April 2016. This is the first and latest release of this snap-in to the Avaya Breeze™ platform, and is recommended for new development.

New in the 1.0 Release

This is the first release of the Message Recording Snap-in. Key features for developers include:

  • Ability to include message recording capabilities in solutions.
  • Provide capabilities that allow solutions to initiate a call to a user and prompt them to record a message. The user can then optionally review, re-record and save the message to an HTTP Web server.

Compatibility and Interoperability

Message Recording Snap-in Release 1.0 interoperates with the following Avaya product releases:

  • Avaya Breeze 3.1.1 and higher.
  • Avaya Aura® Media Server 7.7 and higher.
  • Avaya Aura® System Manager 7.0 and higher.
  • Engagement Designer 3.1 and higher.
