Mask WebPage Fields

Avaya CoBrowsing allows Customer webpage to make some page elements not to be visible to the Agent. Masking can be done in following different ways

  • Mask : Customer can mark some sensitive input fields like Social Security Number to be masked so that the values will be masked at the agent side.
  • Hide : Customer can mark some elements to be hidden at the agent side.
  • Block : Customer can mark some elements blocked so that they are not even part of the DOM at the agent end.

This feature helps Customer to control the information which is shared in the Avaya CoBrowsing session.
