Technical Support

Avaya offers FREE Tier 1-2 developer support for Avaya Client SDK development issues.

Developers requiring a priority focus or Tier 3-4 technical support, may obtain it through the purchase of a DevConnect Support-Enabled or Technology Partner membership. Developers creating commercial solutions for resale that include Avaya Client SDK components are encouraged to apply for a Technology Partner membership, which includes formal compliance testing and co-marketing benefits in addition to prioritized developer support.

Forum Boards

Forum Boards are free for all registered DevConnect members. Answers are provided by the DevConnect community on a “best-effort” basis.

Compliance Testing

DevConnect Technology Partners and other test-enabled members with commercial solutions that utilize or interface with Avaya platforms to provide end customers with key communications and collaboration functionality may be eligible to undertake DevConnect Compliance Testing.

Successful completion of DevConnect Compliance Testing provides Avaya customers, sales/channels and support personnel with important configuration information, published in the form of a DevConnect Application Note, to aid in deployment and troubleshooting of joint solutions.
