Latest Release: 9.1 (July 2022)

Release 6.3

Avaya Contact Center Control Manager (CCCM) Release 6.3 was made generally available in December 2011; Service Pack 2 was issued in June 2012. This is NOT the latest release of Avaya CCCM; the latest release is recommended for new development.

Important The following end of sale and end of support dates have been announced:
  • End of sale: June 3, 2013
  • End of support: June 2, 2014
Additional information about the end of sale and end of support dates can be found here. For all new development, Avaya recommends that developers use the latest release of Avaya Control Manager.

Features in the new release

There have been no changes to the Avaya Contact Center Control Manager Web Service API in this release. The Web Services API originally issued with Release 6.2 should continue to be used with Release 7.0.
