Avaya Customer Connections Controls is a Software Development Kit (SDK) that enables audio and video communication to be seamlessly embedded in third-party solutions. Avaya Customer Connections Controls leverages Avaya Aura® Communication Manager or Avaya Aura® Session Manager to establish calls through video endpoints. These calls can be established as part of both custom unified communications applications and custom contact center applications.

- The Avaya Customer Connections Controls API (ACC Controls API) provides methods and events that enable client applications to control and monitor video calls in real-time.
- The ACC Controls API can also be used to create customized user interfaces.
- The API enables applications to be written in .Net, native C++ or VB, or as COM objects for Internet Explorer.
