- Avaya Aura Platform releases 6.2 FP4, 7.0.0, 7.0.1, and their associated service packs
- Avaya Aura Platform releases 7.1.0, and 8.0.0, and their associated feature and service packs
- Avaya Aura Call Center Elite releases 6.3.6, 7.0.1.0, and 7.1.0.0 (J169 and J179 only)
- IP Office 10.0 SP2 or later (J129 only)
- IP Office Release 11.0 or later
- Select Third Party Call Control platforms including Broadsoft Broadworks R21 SP1, Zang Office R1.0 and Edgewater Network device
