- Avaya Aura Platform 8.0 (Avaya Aura Session Manager 8.0, Avaya Aura Communication Manager 8.0) and associated feature/service packs
- Avaya Aura Platform 8.1 (Avaya Aura Session Manager 8.1, Avaya Aura Communication Manager 8.1) and associated feature/service packs
- Avaya Aura Call Center Elite releases 7.0.1, 7.1.0, 8.0.0 and 8.1.0

SIP 7.1.14 adds:
- Support for hiding of the Cancel button during registration of SIP phones
SIP 7.1.13 includes no new features, only fixes.
SIP 7.1.12 introduces:
- Secure Push support - Push messages can now be sent securely over HTTPS.
- Support for agents to playback recorded audio greetings to a caller during a call.
SIP 7.1.11 includes:
- Support to control the Service Observing (SO) feature via a CTI application
SIP 7.1.10 adds:
- Support for Global Contacts searches, allowing searching on individual fields and providing details on the contacts found.
SIP 7.1.9 includes:
- SLAMon support for remote workers registered via a Session Border Controller. This functionality requires Avaya Diagnostic Server 3.1.1.0 or later.
SIP 7.1.8 addresses Data Privacy Regulations to satisfy Data Privacy requirements.
SIP 7.1.7 adds:
- Support for No Hold Conference on Avaya Aura.
- Configuration of GROUP parameter via Avaya Aura System Manager.
SIP 7.1.6 introduces support for Avaya Acoustic Edge with Avaya L100 headsets on the 9608D03B amd 9611GD02C hardware.
SIP 7.1.5 adds support for the use of SCEP when the deskphone is deployed in FIPS mode.
SIP 7.1.4 includes Avaya L100 Headset support and SCEP support for AES256 Encryption.
SIP 7.1.3 introduces enhancements to the Call Transfer feature.
SIP 7.1.2 includes no new features, only fixes.
SIP 7.1 introduces the following new features:
- Support for Assured Services SIP (AS-SIP) compliant call control. This functionality requires Avaya Aura® Suite 7.1.
- FIPS 140-2 encryption.
- Online Certification Status Protocol (OCSP) support for checking whether certificates presented to the phone by servers are good, revoked, or unknown.
- Certificate warning timer for checking expiration of trusted, identity, and OCSP certificates.
- Download of PKCS12 file (for cases where SCEP is not used).
- Encrypted SRTP
- Complex Station Access Code support for complex (alphanumeric, special character) passwords. This can be administrator-configured within the 46xxsettings.txt file, or via System Manager 7.1.0 or later.
- Collapsible Quick Touch Panel (QTP) to populate feature/autodial buttons on the 9621G/9641G/9641GS IP deskphones by remove any blanks from the buttons downloaded from System Manager.
- Improved WML interworking.
- Display call forward from original dialed station.
- Display version of OpenSSH/OpenSSL.
- Support for Blind Transfer, allowing the user to choose between either a blind or consultative transfer.
- Deprecation of ASG remote access for Avaya Service staff, and introduction of EASG as a more secure replacement.
