The following Avaya IQ interfaces are supported by DevConnect:

Data Export Web Service

The Avaya IQ Data Export API is a standard SOAP/WSDL-based Web service that developers can use to extract data from the IQ database for reuse in external applications such as wallboard displays, workforce management programs, etc. All historical and real-time data in the Avaya IQ tablespaces is available for export.

RT-Socket Interfaces

The RT-Socket interfaces (the Agent Adherence, Agent Performance, Queue Performance and Routing Point Performance interfaces) enable client applications to access real-time data related to agents, queues, and routing points. The interfaces are provided by Avaya Professional Services.

Generic-real-time Adherence (Generic-RTA) Interface

The Generic-RTA interface enables client applications to access real-time agent information from an Avaya IQ installation running the Generic-real-time Adherence (RTA) package. The interface is provided by Avaya Professional Services.

Work Force Management (WFM) Interface

The interface is provided by Avaya Professional Services.
