Avaya Equinox Client is a soft phone application built upon the Avaya Breeze Client SDK Communication Services package. This client extends UC services to Mac and Windows Desktops, as well as mobile platforms, Android and iOS.

Avaya Equinox Release 3.4 introduces:

• Avaya Spaces Integration for Aura users including: Initialization Flows, Identity and Authorization, User Management, Sign-in/Sign-up, Native Direct Messaging, Spaces Dashboard Launch and Top-of-Mind Integration (click to join Spaces Meeting).
• IP Office Integration providing access to Unified Communication (UC) and Over The Top (OTT) services such as Avaya Equinox Meetings Online.
• HTTP Proxy Support.
• SIP over TLS with SRTP.
• Office 365 support for Exchange Web Services.

Release 3.4 Feature Pack 1 adds the following features:

For Avaya Equinox Clients for Windows, MacOS, Android and iOS:

• Initiation of instant messaging to a non-contact or federated instant messaging user.

For Avaya Equinox Client for Windows:

• Hunt Group Busy Button support.
• Team Button support.
• Presence for non-contacts in Microsoft® Outlook.

For Avaya Equinox Client for MacOS:

• Client Integrated Office Add-In Installation for meeting invitations (Microsoft Outlook Plugin for MacOS)

• Team Button support.
• Search by messaging address functionality to create a new contact.

Release 3.4 Feature Pack 2 introduces the following:
