Avaya OneCloud Private

Interfaces

DevConnect supports application development using the Avaya OneCloud Private interfaces below.

These are applicable for premises to Avaya One Cloud based integrations and also Cloud-to-Cloud integrations with the Avaya OneCloud Private Solution.

Note that while Avaya OneCloud Private is based upon the Avaya Aura platform, certain additional requirements may be required to be met as part of testing for Avaya OneCloud Private certification, such as ability to failover to the Geo site and adherence to security standards such as those required for HIPAA and PCI. Latency requirements between elements may need to be identified as part of the testing.

Additional interfaces will be added to Avaya OneCloud Private as they become available.

Telephony Services API (TSAPI)

TSAPI enables the development of C and C++ clients that can access the advanced third-party call control capabilities provided by Avaya Aura Communication Manager.

SIP (Infrastructure)

The Avaya Aura platform interoperates with third-party equipment based on the IETF SIP standards.

SIP Endpoints

Used by third-party SIP endpoints that can register with Session Manager geo setup via Avaya SBCE that are compliant with Enhanced 911 station tracking.

SIP Trunks

Used by third-party entities that communicate with Session Manager via Avaya SBCE SIP trunk.

SIPREC

Avaya SBCE supports the SIP-based Media Recording standard (SIPREC - RFC 6341). Third-party call recording solutions that implement the SIPREC standard can record calls that traverse the Avaya SBCE, using the Avaya SBCE as the SIP Recording Client. Simultaneous Recording through SIPREC enables simultaneous setup of recording streams with different recorders as per SIPREC specifications. The media streams are independent of each other and one stream can be RTP while other can be SRTP. Technology Partners and other test-enabled members can submit their SIPREC call recording solutions for compliance testing with Avaya SBCE and Avaya platforms, including the Avaya Aura platform.

Call Details Recording

The Call Details Recording (CDR) interface enables developers to design and build solutions that can retrieve and manage the CDR data files produced by Session Manager.
