The Avaya Session Border Controller for Enterprise is a flexible, fit for purpose solution for Enterprises - that includes a set of standard security features. • Support of URN mapping for NG 911 Basic calls
  • The Avaya SBCE automation and configuration API provides a method in which the system can be administered and managed by any third-party management entity. Typical examples of third-party management is an SBC virtual machine bundled with Avaya Equinox® Conferencing Release 10, which will be an early adopter for these APIs using a template script
  • DNS-SRV support for Trunk Registrations - The DNS SRV feature is used to identify the highest priority server resolved to this FQDN so that Avaya SBCE can register to that server
  • ASBCE query LDAP server for authenticating the endpoints on receiving SIP REGISTER messages from the endpoints
  • IP Office uses a multi-tenancy CTI (MTCTI) interface to provide support for specific telephony features. For example, MTCTI is used by Avaya Workplace Client to provide features like hunt groups.
