Release 3.8

Avaya Workspaces for Elite release 3.8 was issued in September 2020. Service Pack (release 3.8.0.1) was issued in December 2020. This is NOT the latest release of Avaya Workspaces for Elite. The latest release is recommended for new development.

Important The following end of sale and end of support dates have been announced:
  • End of sale: April 13, 2021
  • End of support: April 13, 2022

There were no new features introduced in Avaya Workspaces for Elite release 3.8.0.1.

New in Release 3.8

Avaya Workspaces for Elite release 3.8 includes the following new and enhanced features:

  • WebRTC Connect support, which allows agents to handle interactions using their browser, without a physical phone or softphone.
  • Remote agents or supervisors not physically located in the contact center infrastructure can access Avaya Workspaces applications and perform tasks.
