Avaya Workspaces for Contact Center Elite release 3.8 was issued in September 2020. This is the latest release of Avaya Workspaces for Contact Center Elite, and is recommended for new development.

New In Release 3.8

Avaya Workspaces for Contact Center Elite release 3.8 includes the following new and enhanced features:

  • WebRTC Connect support, which allows agents to handle interactions using their browser, without a physical phone or softphone.
  • Remote agents or supervisors not physically located in the contact center infrastructure can access Avaya Workspaces applications and perform tasks.
