The Communication Server 1000 (CS 1000) SIP Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) API enables third-party applications to access CS 1000's call processing and telephony features, to provide functionality such as Click-to-dial and presence-enablement.
The API is compliant with ECMA TR/87, as specified in the TR/87 Interoperability Specification – System Requirement Document except where noted in the ECMA TR/87 Interoperability - Specification CS 1000 Compliance Statement Document. Both documents are available under Releases for the release of CS 1000 you are using.
