A SIP-enabled Avaya Contact Center Select combined with a back-end Avaya Aura Experience Portal automated experience management system gives enterprises a complete, flexible, and efficient solution. SIP-enabled Contact Center Select supports rapid and flexible solution integration using SIP messaging. This sample application demonstrates how to use Avaya Aura Experience Portal from within a Contact Center Select script for the purpose of digit collection.
