About The Sample Application

In a SIP-enabled contact center solution, the SIP messages include a number of message headers. These SIP message headers can be used to transfer small amounts of call-related information between SIP-enabled components. The sample application demonstrates how to integrate a front-end Avaya Aura Experience Portal automated experience management system and Avaya Contact Center Select using SIP header information.

Target Avaya Platform

The sample application was developed and tested against the following configuration:

  • Avaya Contact Center Select Release 7.0.0
  • Avaya Aura Experience Portal - Release 7.0.1
  • IP Office Server Edition Release 9.1
