About The Sample Application

In a SIP-enabled contact center solution, the SIP messages include a number of message headers. These SIP message headers can be used to transfer small amounts of call-related information between SIP-enabled components. The sample application demonstrates how to integrate a front-end Avaya Aura® Experience Portal automated experience management system and Avaya Contact Center Select using SIP header information.

Target Avaya Platform

The sample application was developed and tested against the following configuration:

  • Avaya Contact Center Select Release 7.0.0
  • Avaya Aura Experience Portal - Release 7.0.1
  • IP Office Server Edition Release 9.1
