Avaya Contact Center Select Release 6.4 was made generally available in June 2014; Feature Pack 2 (Service Pack 14) was issued in December 2014. Service Pack 16 was issued in May 2016. This is NOT the latest Contact Center Select release; the latest release is recommended for new development.
New Features in this Release
Release 6.4 Feature Pack 2
The feature pack adds support for the Avaya Aura Contact Center CCT .Net API in Contact Center Select.
The release is a variant of Avaya Aura Contact Center Release 6.4 Feature Pack 2 (Service Pack 14) and is deployed with the IP Office™ Platform Release 9.0.3 or 9.1. This is the first release of Avaya Contact Center Select. The release is a variant of Avaya Aura Contact Center Release 6.4 Service Pack 13 and is deployed with IP Office Release 9.0.3. Contact Center Select supports up to 30 agents when deployed with IP Office 500 V2 and up to 250 agents when deployed with IP Office Server Edition.
Contact Center Select Release 6.4 supports the following sub-set of Avaya Aura Contact Center interfaces:
- Email Open Interfaces.
- Real-time Data API.
- Real-time Statistics Multicast API.
- Host Data Exchange API
- Multimedia Web Communications Web services.
