Release 6.4 Feature Pack 2
The feature pack adds support for the Avaya Aura Contact Center CCT .Net API in Contact Center Select.
The release is a variant of Avaya Aura Contact Center Release 6.4 Feature Pack 2 (Service Pack 14) and is deployed with the IP Office™ Platform Release 9.0.3 or 9.1. Release 6.4
This is the first release of Avaya Contact Center Select. The release is a variant of Avaya Aura Contact Center Release 6.4 Service Pack 13 and is deployed with IP Office Release 9.0.3. Contact Center Select supports up to 30 agents when deployed with IP Office 500 V2 and up to 250 agents when deployed with IP Office Server Edition.
Contact Center Select Release 6.4 supports the following sub-set of Avaya Aura Contact Center interfaces:
- Email Open Interfaces.
- Real-time Data API.
- Real-time Statistics Multicast API.
- Host Data Exchange API
- Multimedia Web Communications Web services.
