Technical Support

All DevConnect members are entitled to free Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for the following Avaya Contact Center Select APIs:

  • CCMM Outbound Web services
  • Email Open Interfaces
  • Web Communications Web services

For the above APIs, DevConnect Technology Partners and enhanced level Registered Members with an approved solution are entitled to Tier 3 and Tier 4 support hours as part of their membership benefits and can purchase additional support hours via the Procurement option.

DevConnect Technology Partners and enhanced level Registered Members can submit technical questions for the following Avaya Contact Center Select APIs as part of their membership benefits:

  • CCMS RTD, RSM and HDX APIs
