ICR Core SDK

The ICR Core SDK contains resources to help Java developers create a custom module with best route destination selection logic that meets specific business requirements. The SDK includes ICR and third-party libraries, javadoc, and sample modules. The SDK is available for download from Releases > Downloads tab for the release of Intelligent Customer Routing that you are using.
