Release 8.0

Intelligent Customer Routing (ICR) 8.0 was made generally available in July 2021. Service Pack 1 (Release 8.0.0.1) was issued in March 2022. The is the latest release of ICR and is recommended for new development.

What's new in this release

Release 8.0.0.1

Intelligent Customer Routing 8.0.0.1 includes the following new and enhanced features:

  • Support for Avaya Experience Portal 8.1.1. Note, ICR 8.0 is not backward compatible with previous releases of the Avaya Experience Portal platform.
  • Security hardening including adding verification of Subject Alternative Name and Common Name in server certificates.

Release 8.0

Intelligent Customer Routing 8.0 includes the following new and enhanced features:

  • Support for Avaya Experience Portal 8.0 and 8.1. Note, ICR 8.0 is not backward compatible with previous releases of the Avaya Experience Portal platform.
  • Migrated to RHEL 8 to align with Experience Portal 8.0.
  • Introduced component interaction through HTTPS; HTTP disabled.
  • Security hardening including migration to CA signed certificates, removal of default passwords, and AES-256 password encryption.
