The SimpleAgent sample application uses the Avaya Interaction Center Client SDK .NET API (C#) to implement several basic agent scenarios such as Login, Agent Availability, Channel, Worklist Management, and Workitem Lifecycle. The application purposely has a very simple GUI to allow the developer to focus more easily on Client SDK API usage. SimpleAgent demonstrates many basic Client SDK features and serves as an easily extensible base for developers to experiment with other API calls.

The sample application has been tested and verified to run against Avaya Interaction Center Release 7.1, but is expected to work with later releases.
