Release 7.0

Avaya Interaction Center 7.0 was released in July 2005; Service Pack 5 (7.0.5) was issued in January 2008. Release 7.0 is NOT the latest release of Avaya Interaction Center and is not recommended for new development.

IMPORTANT The following end of sale and end of support dates have been announced:
  • End of sale: September 30, 2005
  • End of support: November 1, 2009
Additional information about the end of sale and end of support dates can be found here. For all new development, Avaya recommends that developers use the latest release of Avaya Interaction Center.
