Release 7.1

Avaya Interaction Center 7.1 was released in May 2006; Service Pack 8 (7.1.8) was issued in August 2010. Release 7.1 is NOT the latest release of Avaya Interaction Center it is not recommended for new development.

IMPORTANT The following end of sale and end of support dates have been announced:
  • End of sale: May 4, 2009
  • End of support: May 1, 2012
Additional information about the end of sale and end of support dates can be found here. For all new development, Avaya recommends that developers use the latest release of Avaya Interaction Center.

New in Release 7.1

Avaya Interaction Center Release 7.1 includes the following new and enhanced features:

  • Avaya IC Client Software Development Kit.
  • Native Siebel intergration supporting voice and email channels.

Avaya Interaction Center 7.1.8 includes new and accumulated service pack files and Modification Requests.
