Product Overview

Avaya Mobile Video enables an enterprise's customers to initiate and conduct a two-way video or audio-only call with a contact center agent from their mobile device. The enterprise's contact center infrastructure is based on Avaya Aura® Contact Center Elite. Agents receive and control calls using the Avaya Media Client and Avaya one-X™ Agent.

Highlights

  • Avaya Mobile Video provides three APIs that facilitate the development of iOS, Android and Google Chrome applications.
  • Developers can build mobile applications that allow users to: click to initiate a mobile or audio call, switch between video and audio during a call, mute their audio, switch off their video, end a call, etc.
  • The Avaya Mobile Video SDK includes iOS, Android and client-side JavaScript APIs, plus reference client implementations and programming documentation.
