Release 3.0
Avaya Mobile Video Release 3.0 was made generally available in January 2016. This is the NOT latest release of Avaya Mobile Video. The latest release is recommended for new development.
New in the 3.0 Release
This is the first release of Avaya Mobile Video. Key features for developers include:
- iOS, Android and JavaScript APIs that developers can use to build mobile applications with video capabilities, and which can run on various devices .
- The applications can include controls that allow users to initiate video or audio calls, switch between video and audio during a call, mute their audio, switch off their video, end a call, send DTMF, etc.

Software Development Kits
The SDK for use with Avaya Mobile Video Release 3.0 was reissued in May 2016 (Release 3.0.1.1). The Mobile Video reference client implementations have been updated to allow user configuration of the listen port for the Gateway server.
