Release 3.3

Chatbot Snap-in Release 3.3 was made generally available in July 2017. Patch 1 was issued in November 2017. This is NOT the latest release of this snap-in to the Avaya Breeze Platform. The latest release is recommended for new development.

IMPORTANT Early releases of the Avaya BotConnector (formerly Chatbot) Snap-in are end of support effective October 31, 2020. Additional information about the end of sale and end of support dates can be found here. For all new development, Avaya recommends that developers use the latest release of the Avaya BotConnector Snap-in for Avaya Oceana Solution.

New in Release 3.3

Avaya ChatBot Snap-in 3.3 has introduced the following new and enhanced features:

  • Support for Avaya Oceana Solution serviceability feature to display Chatbot Snap-in lifecycle messages on the System Manager Monitoring Service page.
  • Supports grouping of similar attributes.
  • TLS version 1.2 support for inbound requests in the cluster.
