Avaya BotConnector Snap-in

Latest Release: 3.10 (January 2023)

Release 3.4

Avaya BotConnector (formerly Chatbot) Snap-in Release 3.4 was made generally available in December 2017. This is NOT the latest release of this snap-in to the Avaya Breeze Platform. The latest release is recommended for new development.

IMPORTANT Early releases of the Avaya BotConnector Snap-in are end of support effective October 31, 2020. Additional information about the end of sale and end of support dates can be found here. For all new development, Avaya recommends that developers use the latest release of the Avaya BotConnector Snap-in for Avaya Oceana Solution.

New in Release 3.4

Avaya BotConnector Snap-in 3.4 has introduced the following new features:

  • Support for Run-time Service Configuration, Conversation module, Avaya Automated Chat, Text analytics Module, Advanced configuration, and Supplier groups with similar attributes.
