This is the first release of the Avaya Co-Browsing Snap-in. Key features for developers include:
agents and customers.
- Developers can include controls that enable customers and agents to initiate or join a
co-browsing session, that enable agents to request control of a session, and that enable
customers to grant or revoke an agent's control request or to pause a session.
- Basic Reporting and Audit REST APIs that can be used to get information about historical and
active co-browsing sessions.
