Latest Release: 3.10 (January 2023)

Release 3.3

Avaya Co-Browsing Snap-in Release 3.3 was made generally available in July 2017. This is NOT the latest release of the Avaya Co-browsing Snap-in. The latest release is recommended for new development.

IMPORTANT The following end of sale and end of support dates have been announced for the Avaya Breeze platform and selected snap-ins as stand-alone products. The Avaya Oceana Solution still depends on Avaya Breeze; therefore, the Avaya Oceana Solution offer includes Avaya Breeze, Context Store, Co-browsing, and Engagement Designer. Support for these components will continue as part of the Avaya Oceana Solution.

New in Release 3.3

Avaya Co-Browsing Snap-in Release 3.3 includes the following new features and enhancements:

  • Alignment with Avaya Breeze Platform, release 3.3.
  • Support for TLS 1.2 data encryption.
  • Support for tokenless access for authentication and authorization.
  • Support for serviceability to enable monitoring on Avaya Aura System Manager.
  • Updates to attribute grouping and description.
  • Support for starting and stopping the snap-in service without rebooting the cluster.

Compatibility and Interoperability

Avaya Co-Browsing Snap-in Release 3.3 interoperates with the following Avaya product releases:
